How do we cultivate and nourish our faith? APC offers you a new possibility: Come to the garden and pray. In our GATE wooded area outside our church doors is a new Faith Walk. We invite you to a quiet time outdoors to contemplate what God has done in creation and to meditate on what God is doing in your life. There]s always a potential that God might provide a sense of a new call in your life ‐ or ‐ that God seeks to comfort you right where you are.
New to the path in our wooded GATE are stations of posts with devotionals posted on them. Bring your phone]s camera to stroll through the beauty of this quiet place alive with plants, trees, and God]s creatures. Use your phone]s camera to pull up a QR code at each post to read or to listen to the meditation. This Faith Walk is designed for each of you as individuals or in small groups to wander and wonder. It is available at any time of day.
Meanwhile, watch for an announcement of our Introductory Faith Walk Dedication in the new year. We]ll meet Pastor Wayne at the Entrance as we sip hot cocoa. Then we]re free to walk in each other’s company or on our own as we explore each station along the way.
